To obtain any documents or certificates, the requestor must fill out a request form available at the school office and pay the necessary fees. The processing of documents may take up to 7 working days due to the heavy workload of the administrative office. The school will not be responsible for urgent document requests.
In the event of an untoward incident, the student is first taken to the school clinic for assessment and first-aid treatment. The school nurse files an incident report, and parents or guardians are notified via phone call. If necessary, the student is transported to the nearest hospital for further treatment. At KEHS, we prioritize safety and health, ensuring that all students are covered by accident insurance.
The school kindly requests that communication with the class teacher be conducted primarily through the school diary. Should you need to speak in person, we ask that you schedule an appointment in advance. To maintain privacy, teachers and school staff are not permitted to share their personal mobile numbers, and we request that parents refrain from direct communication. This policy is in place to ensure a respectful and professional relationship between teachers and parents.
We strongly encourage parents to use the school diary and the school app as the primary means of communication. For urgent matters, an in-person meeting can be arranged with a prior appointment.
Please contact (01-4524576) the school office immediately so that all necessary personnel will be informed.
